This is an IN-STORE EVENT that will also be broadcasted live through Crowdcast for those unable to attend in person. This event will consist of a 30 minute discussion with author Ananya Devarajan and conversation partner DJ Jackson, followed by an audience Q&A and then lastly a book signing.

Those who have not purchased a book through us are still welcome to get their books signed, but will have to wait until after the numbered line has finished. How to Order a Signed/Personalized copy of KISMAT CONNECTION you're not attending the event
1. Add the Ananya's KISMAT CONNECTION to your cart.
2. At checkout in the "order comments" box write "signed only" or to whom your book(s) should be personalized (i.e. "To: Ms. Galaxy"). Requests for anything beyond a name, like a note or quote, are up to the author's discretion and are not guaranteed. Orders must be placed by 12pm pt on the day of the event (June 5th). Please call the store if you wish to purchase a book, or add/alter personalization to an existing order, after this time.
About the Author
ANANYA DEVARAJAN is an undergraduate at the University of California, Irvine, pursuing a major in Neurobiology and Behavior with a minor in English. Like the majority of her characters, she is a second-generation Indian American young adult. Her love for storytelling began on Wattpad, where she grew her audience as a Featured Author, and she later went on to win first place in TeenPit 2019. In her free time, she can be found watching her favorite Bollywood movies or studying for yet another Organic Chemistry exam. KISMAT CONNECTION is her debut novel.
About the Conversation Partner
DJ JACKSON is @Djreadsbooks on IG. His passion is diverse books from BIPOC and/ or Queer authors. He is a co-host of the #QueerBookstagrammertour. He is passionate about literacy as an educator and parent. He is often found cuddling with his cats, drinking coffee, and reading a good book.
