New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Chuck Wendig is known for his Star Wars: Aftermath series, books on writing, and for his extensive work in comics, games, television, and film. He has been a finalist for the John W. Campbell Award for Best New Writer and has served as the co-writer of the Emmy-nominated digital narrative Collapsus. Wanderers, Chuck’s latest novel, has been called “a magnum opus” by a Kirkus starred review. A strange malady has swept across America; people are sleepwalking across the state, heading for a destination that only they know. Shana’s sister is one of the many making this mysterious trek. Shana and others have chosen to “shepherd” these sleepwalkers to their inevitable end, despite the terror and violence that the phenomenon has sparked across the country. With society collapsing around these unknowing sleepwalkers and an ultraviolent militia trying to exterminate them, the secret that they walk towards might destroy the world or remake it.
Novelist and comic writer Adam Christopher has written nearly twenty titles, including the official tie-in novels for the hit CBS television show Elementary and with Chuck Wendig, The Shield for Dark Circle/Archie Comics. His debut novel Empire State, was both SciFiNow’s and Financial Times’ Book of the Year. In 2010, his work as an editor won him a Sir Julius Vogel award, New Zealand’s highest science fiction honor. His latest work is a Stranger Things tie-in novel, Darkness on the Edge of Town where Chief Jim Hopper reveals his own secretive past to the inquisitive Eleven. It was the summer of 1977, New York. Jim Hopper had just returned from Vietnam and wants nothing more than to start over. While on a new beat as a NYPD detective, shadowy federal agents suddenly appear, inadvertently leading him down a rabbit hole of murder and darkness.
