Sue Ann Jaffarian felt the call of pen
and paper early on in her life, but making the commitment to it took some time.
Life set in. Jaffarian, who works full time as a Los Angeles paralegal, waited
until 1995 to undertake a career as a novelist. Jaffarian became a dedicated writer,
and completed two novels before switching to the genre of mystery. A good fit
for a paralegal as it turns out. Although she continues to write in multiple
genres, Jaffarian is best known for her mysteries. Gem of a Ghost is the third book in The Ghost of Granny Apples
