Spotlight on Charlaine Harris

At 2:00 PM, Charlaine Harris continues her tradition of appearing at
MG’s Birthday Bash, celebrating her 10th Sookie Stackhouse novel, Dead
in the Family. Following the deadly casualties of the Faery War in
Dead and Gone, Sookie is trying to recover and heal from her hurt and
anger. But her chance to pursue a relationship with Eric Northman is in
jeopardy from his new ruler; the Weres and other shifters are in
political turmoil; and a Fae trapped in the human world is holding a
deadly grudge against Sookie.  In addition to her collection of short
stories, A Touch of Dead, Sookie will appear in August’s
anthology, Death’s Excellent Vacation, co-edited by Charlaine.
Charlaine also edited the anthology, Crimes by Moonlight, which
features a Sookieverse short story, “Dahlia Underground.” It has also
recently been announced that Charlaine’s Harper Connelly books will be
adapted for comics by Dynamite Entertainment and Sookie comics will be
coming from IDW.
