Laura Anne Gilman signs Flesh & Fire

Laura Anne Gilman may be best known to MG's readers as the author of the The Cosa Nostradamus / Retrievers urban fantasy series featuring thieves Wren and Sergei, most recently Blood from Stone. However, on Saturday, October 17, at 2:00, Laura Anne is introducing her epic fantasy world of the Vinearts, in which magic and wine-making go hand in hand. In Flesh and Fire, after nearly 1500 years, the world of the Vinearts, who craft the spellwines their world depends on, is about to be subjected to tremendous change. A change that could mean the end of the powers of The First Vine, forever. Laura Anne will be joined by Lynn Flewelling, who will offer a reading from the manuscript for springs Nightrunner novel, The White Road, and sign bookplates for preorders, as well as her other works.
