Our first speed dating event with authors in July was a smashing success and we look forward to more fun on this Sunday afternoon in August. This time we feature authors writing about international locales and people. Anita Amirrezvani is already well known for her debut, The Blood of Flowers which was on the long list for the Orange Prize. Based loosely on the life of Princess Pari Khan Khanoom, her new novel, Equal of the Sun brings the royal court to life.
