In Dog Tags\, Andy is responsible for a high profile murder case in which the only witness is a German Shepherd police dog\, whose owner\, a former police officer and veteran\, stands accused of the crime. At first Andy’s involvement is to make sure even if the owner is found guilty that the dog doesn’t suffer for his master’s choices\, but as he continues to investigate\, he discovers dog and man are caught up in a much larger case.
