Everyone’s worked with someone who is never responsible for any of his / her own issues at work – they are always the victim of someone else’s special treatment or malice. In Terminated, Simon Wood takes that obnoxious co-worker to a dangerous and deadly level. When Gwen Ferris, recently promoted to Manager of Quality Assurance on her own merits over Stephen Tarbell, gives Tarbell a poor performance review, he reacts unreasonably. He begins a campaign of intimidation and terror, encompassing her job, her family, and her life.
