It's Christmas time in Lake Eden, and Hannah Swensen, proprietor of the Cookie Jar and amateur sleuth, has stopped by the Crazy Elf Christmas Tree Lot in search of a holiday tree. Hannah has always been amused by the owner, Larry Jaeger, and his over the top promotions, but someone thought Larry belonged on the naughty list, and Hannah has to investigate his murder as well as prepare a holiday banquet, and help keep her friends' wedding on track.
